Culinary TikTok sensation Tobias Young has teamed up with Pride Radio with a delicious competition.

His new book: Cultural Mosaic – A Food Tour Around The Globe, is a huge hit with his millions of online followers and is packed full of great recipes, flavoursome treats and good eating.

And you can win one of two signed copies just in time for Christmas. To enter, all you have to do is answer this simple question:
